By using Baconnoisseur (the website and apps) you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because legalese is worse than undercooked bacon.
Baconnoisseur is a community rating platform for bacon dishes and BECs. Content (ratings, photos, comments) is contributed by users and reflects their opinions, not ours.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share credentials. Don't impersonate other people or venues. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us.
You keep ownership of ratings and photos you post. By posting them, you grant Baconnoisseur a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote them in connection with the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post whatever you upload.
We remove content that violates these rules and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.
If you're a restaurant owner and want to claim, correct, or dispute information about your venue, email us at hello@baconnoisseur.com. We respond to legitimate requests promptly.
Baconnoisseur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy of information, availability of the service, or that any given dish will actually taste good. Eat bacon at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baconnoisseur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
